15 Years of Transforming Broward County Homes
Dimensions Luxury Builders was founded in 2010 by Joel Brown and Richard Davis. Joel and Richard started the company with a simple belief: that homeowners in Broward County deserved a remodeling contractor who combined genuine craftsmanship with honest, transparent communication and pricing.
What began as a two-person operation focused on kitchen remodels has grown into a full-service luxury remodeling firm with a team of 18 — including in-house designers, licensed project managers, and a network of the most skilled tradespeople in South Florida.
Today, Dimensions has completed over 400 projects across Weston, Parkland, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Davie, Miramar, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and the surrounding communities. Every project — from a single bathroom refresh to a whole-home transformation — is held to the same standard that has defined us since day one.

Marco Delgado
With over 20 years in luxury residential construction, Marco founded Dimensions with a single conviction: that every homeowner deserves the same level of craftsmanship and care that goes into a custom-built estate. He holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and personally oversees every project.
Director of Design
Sofia Reyes
Sofia brings 14 years of interior design expertise to every Dimensions project. A graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, she specializes in translating client visions into cohesive, functional spaces — from initial concept boards to final material selections.
Senior Project Manager
James Okafor
James is the engine that keeps every Dimensions project running on time and on budget. With a background in construction management and 11 years in the field, he serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build — providing weekly updates and proactive communication at every stage.
